I joined the company in March 2015 because I was looking for a role that offered more variety and greater challenges. My previous job had become very repetitive, and I wanted a role that was more closely related to my education, while also allowing me to draw on my experience from a previous MI/Business Analyst role that I had really enjoyed.I have now been with the company for over 10 years and, during that time, I have seen it grow and evolve considerably. One of the things I have enjoyed most is the variety of clients we work with, each bringing different requirements, challenges and opportunities to find new solutions.I am excited to see how the company continues to grow. Some of the new clients we are working with look set to bring interesting new challenges, and I am looking forward to working with the team to tackle them and develop the right solutions.
